Instruction to Candidates

1. This form should be duly filled in and return to the Registrar, Senate of Serampore College, Serampore – 712 201, Hooghly, West Bengal, Not later than 15th October.
2. Fees:
   1. Examination (Per Paper) - Rs. 250.00
   2. Centre Fee - Rs. 100.00
   3. Marks/Certificate - Rs. 250.00
   4. Postage - Rs. 100.00
   5. Late Examination - Rs. 200.00
      (Up-to 31st October)
3. Please choose any one of our affiliated Colleges as the centre of your examinations
4. A letter of consent from the Principal of the College chosen as examination centre should be enclosed.
5. Enclose 2 (Two) Self-addressed envelopes for communicating your result (size 10” x 5”)
6. All fees should be sent by BANK DEMAND DRAFT DRAWN in favour of The Registrar, Senate of Serampore College.
7. Drawee branch of the D.D. should be either SERAMPORE or KOLKATA
